[PAYH] Mail Autoresponders in the Plesk Control Panel

The mail section of the Plesk control panel is yet another great feature of this new service offered by PlusNet and in particular the Autoresponders
Again, very easy to use. Just follow your nose but the online help file is there for you and is very useful indeed.
I took an instant liking to the whole PAYH / Plesk / JTN thing and continue to find the features are all that i have looked for in the past.

I think these are only available to PAYH customers, not to plushost.co.uk trial webspace customers.
However I might be wrong....

Thats correct, the manage mail section is only available to PAYH customers, Plusnet customers will still use their email services through their main Plusnet accounts.

OK cool. When the trials are over and we move over to PAYH for good, will it work then?
The mail services work ok except for the autoresponders. I'll have to write my own responder in PHP if not

Nope, PAYH will only look after the sites.
Mail is not going to be moving

Hmmm,
Before i made my original post here on this subject, i had already set up a mailbox called webmaster@mydomain.co.uk and configured the autoresponder.
I set up my MS Outlook with the POP3 and SMTP settings
I sent a test email
I received the email
I received an auto response
?????????
Any Ideas?
