I have just come home and checked emails. Nothing! (2045hrs)
Checked web mail, not working cannot login.
Checked websites hosted on PAYH cgi-bin scripts not working at all. This particular problem keeps happening time and time and time again, and nobody sorts its once and for all. considerable amount of work to reset websites when, and if, they are working again.
FTP access not working
Plesk control panel not working, no access at all!
PAYH main page, more errors that a porcupine has quills
No message on service status
But the big thing, no telephone number to ring to report the failure. So once again we are stuck with major problems until Aaron and Kevin start work at 0900 Monday.
Really is this the way to run and ISP without support when major problems occur?
Is anybody really interested?
Elmer

Thanks for the links, just seems to prove that no-one seems to take notice and does anything about it.
Looks as though we are stuck with it
