[PAYH] Does the PAYH platform include Imagick? - Found a workaround - GD

I am looking to migrate to the PAYH platform and as part of the migration want to add image upload and resize functionality, my dev site uses Imagick for this, is it installed on the PAYH platform?
IT seems that it's not possible to install Imagick but GD is installed and I can use that too manipulate the images.

Having just signed up for the PAYH trial the answer seems to be no, so the next question is can I install it and if so how?

To install imagick i need to run 'pecl install imagick;
Running that using cron gives '/bin/sh: pecl: command not found'
Running 'which pecl' gives nothing as does 'which pear'
Anyone got any ideas?
