PAYH Database vanished

I've got a free PAYH account left over from a previous trial. Today i've discovered that the backend database that runs my Joomla based website has vanished entirely. In fact, the PAYH control panel now says I am not entitled to any databases.
Anyone else having any issues? I not entirely sure who I'm supposed to contact about this now.
Data loss isn't too much of an issue as I have plenty of backups - I just want the site up and running again.

Mine is ok you can see if you go to: http://www.dhea-forum.org.uk
Have you been using your spase on the PAYH?  If not that is why it is gone.

Re: PAYH Database vanished

It's definitely been in use, in fact I updated the Joomla installation at the beginning of October due to a security patch.
The files still exist on the html side of things, it's just the ability to operate a database that's vanished!
Do I raise a ticket for this? I'm not sure who actually supports PAYH.

Re: PAYH Database vanished

I'm wondering if he is still around as he hasn't posted since July.
Edit: Looks like he might be as his profile shows last active earlier today.

Re: PAYH Database vanished

Kev has reset something and I've been able to recreate and restore the database and site to working order.
Still no wiser why it vanished to start with.

Re: PAYH Database vanished

For the second time in a week all my websites (5) have been lost. First they were suspended because of non payment NOT TRUE and this morning all five were broken and showing database errors 'could not connect'. When I tried to restore two of them it suspended them and I can't do anything with them now. I'm beginning to lose patience with PAYH and plusnet who brushed me off with a not our fault answer. Plusnet, I pay you for PAYH sort it.  Angry
