I recieved my welcome email saying my account has been set up, but I'm unable to log in. I go to https://plesk-host03.plus.net:8443/ and have tried my username, username.plushost.co.uk, username (as in just typing in the word username), www.domain-name.co.uk using both my PN password and my email password, but I don't seem able to get past "login incorrect". I'm probably missing something embarrasingly simple, so if anyone could make me blush and tell me what I'm doing wrong I'd be quite happy!
