Orange light and flashing b

Recently had an engineer out as net kept dropping (10/02/19). He found a fault with phone line which is now working. But my internet is flashing an orange b and solid orange line. Engineer said it should take 20 minutes to reconnect. 2 days later I'm still waiting. Have tried resetting and unplugging. Any help please. 🙄

Welcome to the Forums - sorry it's not under better circumstances. 

Having checked your account I can see that this issue is being dealt with by a dedicated case handler from our High Level Escalations Team. 

It looks as though you have closed the specific complaint ticket as can be seen here - so I've gone ahead and reopened this for you. 

Can you please direct further correspondence via this ticket so that your Case Handler can be kept up to date with the issues?
