Openreach contact

Anybody know how to contact openreach that's not a service problem. 

Have a parcel delivered to me but addressed to what appears to be the nearby bt microwave linked cabinet that connects us to the exchange.

The virtual chat assistant at the bottom of https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/when-to-get-in-touch-with-openreach may help. Could try choosing the options Others > Contact our Agent then fill out the form.

Thanks for info but tried that a few days ago but just given it another try with same results after filling in form. Says no agent available please try later.

It's a substantial piece of what appears to be expensive rack mounting switching equipment. Method of delivery indicates that it's something that is urgently required but it has been with me since last Thursday.

Thanks, never thought of that but have been going to get a twitter account for a while to get local news feeds so it will kill two birds with the one proverbial stone.
