Old website hosted by ftp.plus.net problems connecting

Hello,

I have a website hosted on ftp.plus.net which has been on for over 10 years, I have never had a problem connecting via Core ftp programme, however now it wont let me connect keep getting the following error in the ftp software.

Would like some help on this if anyone out there has some answers, I have checked that the domains are still active but no-one ate the call centre has any knowledge of hosting space that used to be available.. Jeff

Have you tried a more modern FTP client?

Filezilla provides a free GUI solution for Linux (or Windows).

Hi Jeff,

I'm sorry to see you're having problems FTP'ing to your website.

I've checked your account and I can't see any obvious issues our side, which may be affecting this. I'd second the advice you've been given about trying a different FTP client just to rule out any issues with the client you're using.

Let us know how it goes.
