Old CGI/SQL server decommissioning

In case anybody's yet to seen it. After this, it's unlikely we'll be able to recover any historic content from the pre-migration CGI/SQL servers.

I've put a brief comment on the Announcements thread here given that the post above links to the details of the announcement.
