Where do I start? I have a broadband fault, The line appears to be downgraded since a lightning strike There only seems to be an option to phone.

I've tested your line and it's showing as connected back around the same speeds it was a few weeks ago. Back to normal?
Ignore that, from your other thread I can see it's not back to normal.
