Our site has also been down for 2 days. There's No FTP access but can now login at hosting.plus.net... However all directories and files are missing.

I also have the same problem with the same error message.

Furthermore, I am alo unable to access my cgi space or my admin etc.

This is a very awkward situation for me as I am a teacher and I am currently supposed to be taking mock exam bookings but parents are unable to access any of my php pages.

Why is this issue taking so long to sort out?

Same here. Working OK a few days ago, now not and haven't changed anything. Last time I saw his I seem to recall a problem with the database server rather than ccgi.
