I have had webstats enabled on my account for a long time, and I have always been able to view stats for my myname.plus.com site ok.
However, I also have two hosted .org.uk domains which appear in my webstats list, but whenever I try to view their stats I get a "Sorry, we couldn't find the page you were looking for" error page.
I tried raising a ticket for some help earlier in the week [ref 32328896 if anyone's interested], but have had no response after 40 hours (despite the target being 4 hrs and average closure 20 hrs).
Anyway, can someone confirm that I should be able to get webstats for my hosted domains as well as my plus.com site please, and if there's anything I can do myself to ensure they're being collected and made available to me?
