Is anyone else having this problem?
Im connecting to the free ccgi webspace I have with my Broadband, using FireFTP (Firefox addin) and no remote listing is returned (tried with CoreFTP aswell - same results).
Because of this I cant upload anything. because I cant navigate anywhere because the directories dont exist as far as my FTP app is concerned.
The sites on my free webspace, are all present and correct when accessed via the normal way (http).
Theres no service issue mentioned on the service status page.

Yep, confirmed there is a problem with FTP (to the Force9 server in my case). HTTP access working fine.
Using FileZilla, username is accepted but entering the password results in 530 Login incorrect followed by Critical error and Could not connect to the server. Going to raise a ticket.
Edit: ticket number #61662964

Ah, I'm getting the same issue with PlusNet CCGI space, and raised a support ticket before coming here. I thought it was something to do with my recent upgrade to fibre, but that seems unlikely now I've read this thread.

Should now be sorted, we've tested our own accounts and can get the directory listings again.
