Am using Frontage 2003 all appears to set up OK.
Images of logos and photo appear but no button images. Links are all there and work The buutons were set up using Insert>Interactive Buttons option.

Check the code and see were the buttons are supposed to be as it often doesnt copy them to the working dir.

Yes, the source of button data is correct and the buttons do show in preview.

If your putting it on the web check the case as Button is not the same as button and windows often puts the first letter in uppercase as does front page. The text in the code and the file name must match if its on the web.
If it just local case shouldnt matter. Can you view it locally? What is the path to the file locally
