No Service Status

Hi All
There is no Service Status on the service outage on:

  • PlusNet

  • Payh as you host


Wen I try going to my forum at: www.dhea-forum.org.uk I get this Error Message:

The forum went off line at approximately 03:40, plus all of PlusNet's hosted sites, and PlusNet portal, the portal, ans hosted sites went back on line approximately 04:08, but as of writing my forum is still off line and the time is 05:20 on 10 November 2010

Gary, I had problems logging on this morning but everything seems to be back to normal again now.

It's not his connection that Gary was having problems with, it was a hosted website.

The post below should explain the outage, although the timescales were slightly out and in hindsight we should have posted it to servicestatus.net too.

That's not the work that caused the network blip. It's actually this work. I'm trying to find out why we were given the wrong timings, however I doubt it would have made a great deal of difference anyway as we weren't expecting any fall-out (as per the planned maintenance description).

@pierre, I do not have ADSL or any kind of broadband from PlusNet, my broadband is from NTL/Virgin Media by Cable Modem.
@Bob, Your broadband infrastructure should not affect me.

There was a planned maintenance made as both mine and Bob's reply show.
