No Caller ID

So Have previously contacted PlusNet (via chat) re this issue they said it would resolve within 72 hours... no it didnt we still have no caller ID????  we had it with our previous provider.. this is so frustrating

Hi @Jarratthills, thanks for getting in touch. 

 

It looks like you conducted a live chat with our Support Team yesterday and an order was placed on the line for caller display which is subsequently showing as active. Can you confirm if you're still experiencing issues?
