New laptop - is my anti-virus software automatically loaded?

I'm pretty sure the first 'Unlimited' is referring to the current standard broadband package which is named this but I agree that particular page could be clearer. I'll raise this to the appropriate team who reviews our help and support articles.

Thank you everyone for the advice.

As you can see I contacted the call centre yesterday and spoke to a techy.  He set me up and promised me faithfully I will not be charged extra.  So I shall be scrutinising my next bill very carefully!
