Would it be possible for Plusnet to provide a progress report on the new billing system?

I think we already get that on a regular basis in posts from customers who are using the system.
Clearly the new system must be of benefit to PN although the staff trying to sort out the problems must have head and ear ache from customers....lets hope it's all worth it in the end.

Ah ha,
so is this the reason that my account has been flagged in such a way that I cannot send emails over Virgin's network via the plusnet relay server?

Hi Baldrick1
Billing systems will have access to account records and for setting up what is free and what is paid for. The problem affecting my email accounts is that a field in the account records for my domain has suddenly flipped from 'Paid' to 'Free'. 'Free' emails coming in over Relay.Plus.Net are blocked (according to Support)
A tenuous link I admit, I may be barking up the wrong tree. but coincidence Hmmm.
