New Web Site - Pages Not Opening

My website - www.myxpyrenees.com - opens the index page ok but when I try clicking on the link to subsequent pages all I get is a blank.
Any help appreciated. Cry

From the Atlantic to the Mediterranean the Pyrenean mountains are a formidable barrier
between the Iberian Peninsular and mainland Europe. For centuries, until the advent of
modern engineering techniques, the only feasible crossing points were the lower lying
coastal extemities or the mountain passes accessible only to pedestrian traffic.
<p>
Of a similar geological age as the Alps, the Pyrenees have seen their fair share of world
history, from their early formation resulting from the mighty heavings and collisions of
the continental plates, forcing the early rocks into contorted shapes, through the great
ice ages and thence visited by the earliest humans who made their homes in caves.
<p>
More recently, of course, have been the migrations by various visiting tribes and warring
armies. Hannibal with his elephants en route to Rome, the Moors and - more recently still -
Wellington, have all seen these magical mountains and perhaps been awe struck by their
grandeur. Within living memory they have been witness to the battles of the Spanish Civil
War while for centuries many of the high passes were frequented by smugglers and more
recently still by many escaping from Nazi occupied France.
<p>
For the most part the Pyrenees, thankfully, lack the commercialisation that has blighted
the Alps. Despite being less lofty they are no less scenic although holding less snow and
glacial ice than their Alpine brethren. The Pyrenees seem to have lacked attraction
for British mountaineers and walkers although this seems now to be changing with the
advent of cheaper travel over the last few years. It can only be hoped that the influx
of visitors does not have a detrimental effect.

I notice you having problems uploading pictures..... and your page01.html does not appear to be in your htdocs folder on FTP.....
Seems you having ftp problems, like I had..... hanging after a few seconds..... download another ftp prog.... suggest FTP COMMANDER.... once installed, give permission to your firewall for it to access the net, and you should have no problems with hanging again...

is page01.html in the same root directory, I am not getting an error, just nothing as source code, does it work OK offline, ie the code on your computer

Thanks All, I tweaked my Firewall and I think it's working now. Grateful if anyone can tell me if they're getting three pages now. Smiley

Lost the background image on home page.... got the text..... click the link, then just blank..... what have you done ! ?

It's not working on the web page proper but it does come up when I "test" it - ie on the browser but not connected to internet.

Is the image in the same folder as the file that references it?
