New Domains

Hi,
I've just had a domain name I had registered elsewhere transferred to my account (stevewcox) but I cannot seem to access any website config pages and the site www.stevewcox.plus.com is not acessible (and neitehr is the transferred over domain).

Do you actually have webspace included in your account
The reason for asking is that Plusnet residential accounts haven't had webspace included for a long time

Very possibly - but the transfer and hosting process didn't give the option to purchase hosting and I was charged quite a fair bit for the process. The system also says the domain is now hosted.

If you transferred it did you transfer it to http://www.payh.co.uk/ as that appears to be the only option and certainly wouldn't give the option of the site you referred to in the opening post

I just realised that you can register a domain with your Plusnet account but this doesn't include webspace unless your account specifically includes it and, other than historic accounts, that is business accounts  http://www.plus.net/support/hosting/domains/cost-and-allowances.shtml
Hosting in this case apparently means having an email based on that account
