Nest thermostat 3-gen on 2704N

I am struggling to connect my NEST thermo to a new plusnet router (2704N). I've tried to follow all the guidance from Nest but with no luck. Anyone else had similar problems?

No problems connecting mine but how far is your thermostat from the router ?

I know this wont help you, but I have no problem connecting mine using a BT Smart Hub with plusnet

Have you separated the 2.4 and 5 GHz Bandwidths etc. using the correct passwords. etc and tried connecting on either Bandwidth.

The OP has a 2704 a.k.a single band Hub Zero.

The OP  will not be able to try on 5GHz then  Grin
