Need some advice

Hi, 

I have just started with Plusnet and for some reason when I go on to Netflix it tells me my internet is Not Connected, which it obviously is, as my laptop is working!

It worked well before I changed providers.

Please can anyone help, I like my Netflix especially on these long days 😞😷

Are you trying to access Netflix in your laptop or another device?
Is it a wired or wireless connection?

No not from lap top, from tv.

It's a wireless connection.

It might be a daft question, did you update the wireless settings on the TV when you switched to Plusnet?

Not sure what I did, or pressed in the settings list but whatever I did, worked.
