Navicat Lite connection parameters

Is anyone out in the plusnet community using Navicat Lite (For Apple Mac preferably) I've just downloaded it onto my mac and cannot get the connection settings right. I've tried all sorts of combinations. Does anyone have a PN - navicat lite tutorial?

I tried Navicat Locally it was a waste of my time,
I migrated strait to the offical MySQL Adminsitrator Tools pretty quickly.
If you've been trying to access "humbug" / "rumpus" by their names rather than IP it will never work as DNS won't pick that up.
Tip for free
ping database host.plus.net => IP / Hostname for external connection.
Other than that I can't really help,
