Hi anyone who reads this:

I have a domain name that was originally hosted by freenetname, then madasafish but now i'm told it is hosted by plusnet.

The thing is, I want to transfer my domain to another hosting service.
I have paid for the transfer but have been told i must get my current provider to point the nameservers to my new hosts.

 

How can i do that please?

Hi there.

We can arrange this for you. Could you PM me the domain name, IPSTAG of the new provider as well as your Madasafish username (usually Freenetname email address)?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
