MySql username and password

I couldn't remember my user name and password for logging into the mysql server so I deactivated and reactivated it on my account.  It's only been a day since I did this but I haven't received an email with the new login details.  Can anyone tell me how long this will take, I assumed it would be a similar time frame to the activation of CGI but this does not seem to be the case.
Thanks

Re: MySql username and password

It should not take that long. Time to raise a ticket and ask.

Re: MySql username and password

I recently changed my email settings to switch off the catch all however the postmaster alias was pointed to that address.  Could this have prevented me getting the email or would it be sent to the address in my account details as well.

Re: MySql username and password

It is usually sent to your postmaster and main contact addresses.

Re: MySql username and password

Thanks.  I raised a ticket and it was resolved a few hours later.
