A couple of quick questions first as I don't recognise your product and then may be able to help:
Which actual Plusnet broadband package are you on?
Do you pay for a hosting service with PAYH?

Current Plusnet packages (Value, Extra and Pro) do not offer hosting unlike the older products which did. Current users on older products who transfer to a new product can bring all features they are currently using forward with them.
New users who wish to use Plusnet hosting need can only get this by signing up to (and paying for) a hosting package from Pay As You Host

Had you been on any earlier Plusnet package and since changed to Extra or is this the package you signed up to?

We stopped including the hosting packages before we brought out the extra package I'm afraid, so it's not available on your account. If you're after hosting/domain registration we point people in the direction of http://www.just-the-name.co.uk and http://www.pay-as-you-host.co.uk
