MySQL Creating on Plesk

Hi
Hope someone can help, have tried twice now to create a MySQL db, which is fine, however, when I have created this on the new plesk control panel, I have not got an email with the details, checked both my home server (got an sbs box here!), and also online and nothing...
Any ideas?

What email are you expecting? It's not like CCGI where you activate the service by pushing a button and it does it all for you (that's why it sends an email).
On Plesk, after you have created the database (so you know the name of that) you Add New Database User where you set the user name and password. The only other thing you need is the name of the server which is shown when you go to the databases page.

Have tried to find where to do that, but cannot find anywhere to do it, and after creating db, was not given the option, it's driving me mad!

Select your domain, then select databases, then click your database which will take you to the right place (you should find DB WebAdmin on the same page).

Managed to get it all up, now just need to get it to display when I go to the domain www.the-exiled.co.uk
To get the the page to show anything other then the default plesk page, I have to type in http://www.the-exiled.co.uk/index.php
Everything is living in the httpdocs, inc a new index.html but not working....hmmm

Panic over got it working....
Now time to get a nice template on before sorting the rest out

Have you removed the default index.html?
