My website also failed because the source corrupted during migration

I have also had problems with my website due to the CGI hosting changes as follows:-
source has been changed from      ccgi.lyndabrian.plus.com/    to
      ccgi.ccgilyndab244789.plus.com/  etc
Also I am not sure what to enter for my new HOST and USER NAME name when doing an FTP with Filezilla.
previously they were ftp.plus.net and lyndabrian for htm source files and
cshell.plus.net and lyndabrian for php source files
how do I now locate my source files using filezilla?

The text I've marked in red looks like a database username, but without knowing the context of the change I can only guess. However the string you posted doesn't look to be right.
I expect you've accessed the new hosting Control Panel. Have you used the FTP Manager application to set a Master FTP password for your account?
The hostmane and FTP username for accessing your files using FileZilla should both be ccgi.lyndabrian.plus.com . The password should be the master password you set in FTP Manager.
This applies for files that were previously on the Plusnet ccgi platform. Files on Homepages that you accessed via ftp.plus.net have not been moved and you still access these via ftp.plus.net.

Thanks for that
I managed to resolve the problem in the end.
It was the password for FTP that confused me.  I didn't realise that it was changed to be the same as the Control Panel Password.

You can choose your own using the Master password reset fields towards the lower-left of the FTP Manager application in the Hosting Control Panel.
Apologies for the mistake when updating some of your scripts.
