My legacy domain is due to expire and I expected it to automatically update a few days ago

As a legacy user from Freenetname to Plusnet via Madasafish , my domain that was created 25 years ago is due to expire soon and I'm having trouble using the plusnet webpages to find the correct route to help to login or raise a problem ticket to help.

I use this domain for my email registered with Plusnet.

I've not been able to login to my account for years as I do not have broadband or mobile and it doesn't recognise my email account or password even though they are valid on Plusnet Webmail.

Can Plusnet support please advise as you helped me last year

Many thanks

Fix
expiry 16/09/2026

It would be one nearer the time, but I've done it manually for you.

You need to log into the Madasafish portal with your FNN username and password if you still have them. We can reset the password if you call our support team or try the forget password link.
