@GoSquirrel I think the domain renewal is still manual. Hopefully one of the Help Team will see this and request the renewal.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
Thanks MisterW - I do hope so - unfortunately two years ago they did not auto renew it. I had to raise a ticket when Nominet emailed stating that the domain had expired already!
Can a Plusnet tech confirm the renewel process please.
