My Domain has not Auto-renewed and has Expired

I stopped getting emails through my domain which I originally got from Madasafish in 2005 on Saturday morning the 15th of November. On checking the registration online it was clear that PlusNet have failed to auto-renew the registration as has been done every other year so my domain was at that point 30 days after the expiry date, had been suspended and marked pending deletion ! I contacted PlusNet immediately and after being on hold for an hour got to speak to someone who said they have filled out a form and requested that the registration be completed by yesterday the 17th of November. Unfortunately today, the 18th of November my domain is still marked as pending deletion and I am extremely concerned that not only can the whole family, one of whom relies on this domain for business, are not able to send or receive emails but there is a very real chance that the domain I have held for 20 years will be deleted and I will not be able to use it. Please can somebody in PlusNet urgently look into this to advise if the registration process is being done correctly or do I need to spend forever on the phone again to try to speak to someone ?

Already escalated and tagged him there

Re: My Domain has not Auto-renewed and has Expired

I'm not in the office right now so have no details - if you could PM me the domain though, I'll take a look.

I suspect it was done yesterday if a task was raised or this morning as part of BAU process.

I'll advise more when I have checked into it.

Re: My Domain has not Auto-renewed and has Expired

Hey @Pricemc

if you have any difficulty sending plusnettony a "PM" (Private Message) from here

you might have to post a few 'dummy' replies to this topic, as there is a requirement to have posted some minimum number of replies on the forum BEFORE new members can start sending PMs.

I think the number might be 3 or 5, and you are currently on 2 so you might still be blocked.
