My current broadband package with PN ends soon. Bizarrly jumping ship to John Lewis gives me a better deal
So is there a dedicated team at PN dealing the JL customers or will it be the long wait as usual for Customer Services to answer.
I did read somewhere that PN staff know its a JL customer calling
Do JL customers get any preferential treatment when calling PN ?

Yes by here I meant as a Plusnet customer, rather than JL who as far as I know don’t have one. I know that there’s nothing to stop JL customers from posting on this open forum but there’s no access to Plusnet staffers. Sorry if I am confusing people.

There is a dedicated team that look after "JL" customers and they have a different phone number.
I haven't had to ring for them all that often but, when I have no problems getting through.
Had a technical problem last March with a new PC - which turned-out to be a bloody Microsoft problem - and they went beyond the call of duty to assist.
Good service from them.
