So I'll be moving house in the next two weeks to a new build property, I've tried to check Plusnet, BT and BTwholesale but apparently "Broadband isn't available at your property" so guess I'm stuck? Don't know who to phone to enquire about it as Plusnet will only go with BT's systems and BT says it isn't there, surely it will be though? 😓

Speak to the developer to see what arrangements are in place for phone/broadband.

A guinea pig at last to test the system!!!
Your new build property will have a UPRN - I found mine by running an address search on the Planning page of my local council website. The DSL Checker can use this number. I've been waiting for somebody with a new build address to see what it says when the usual methods don't work.
