Moving from PN Hosting to another host

I want to move a domain that's currently hosted by PN to a different server. Despite me changing the DNS options and adding the correct A record, nslookup is still pointing to the PN host. Do I need to do anything else, or is it a matter of waiting for the TTL to expire?
