Mix up with PN and JTN?

I've just been advised on a Plusnet ticket that my domain is due for renewal soon (October).
I moved it to JTN in July and paid them leaving it hosted at PN , it is showing on JTN's control panel as "Your domain name is due to expire on 25-07-2015"
When I do a whois it tells me the expiry date is 14-Oct-2013.
I was afraid this would happen.
Can a DC member please have a look at it.
Thanks.

Hi Strat,
Just had a look and replied to ticket 74998643, looks like the wrong info is shown on the JTN control panel, I'm flagging that up now.

Re: Mix up with PN and JTN?

Thanks Adam but I'm still not clear who and what I am paying for the renewal of my domain in October.
JTN and £9.99 or PN and £52.88.

Re: Mix up with PN and JTN?

Hi Strat,
That should have been picked up for you and I believe the domain on your PN account should now be set to hosting only which'll prevent this from happening again. Really sorry about that though.
