McAfee security package.

Hi all

I am on unlimited BB with free McAfee security, today it says my subscription has expired.

Anybody know why ??.

I don't know with PlusNet, but with Barclays (who I use) you get a key for a year, and have to request another one after that.

Has it been around a year since you've been using it? If so raise a ticket.

I am on unlimited BB with free McAfee security, but every year I get emailed by Mcafee under the threat that I won't be protected if I don't renew. How do I stop this happening?

there are planty of free AV to chose from and Mcafee is not one of the best around

That email looks strange. I've checked your account and can't see any issues with the McAfee service we provide so there should be no problems.

Anyway, I'll try to resolve the problem with mcaffee customer services. The problem being, that I can't seem to cancel the annual payments I have been making to them, despite it being free with Plusnet. It is free with Plusnet isn't it? How long has it been free?

I thought it was free , but i just checked its Free for 3 months then £2 a month on the unlimited fibre , after i dont know when this changed , but free on Fibre extra ?

just cancel you payments from your bank

Hmm... £24 p.a. for chocolate-teapot protection?

Visit Amazon and you can buy Kaspersky or BitDefender or Norton for less (and for several PCs, not just one) and get protection that is worth having.
