Market pricing change

A couple of my friends are looking to switch to Plusnet but the order process only shows market a pricing although I had an email saying it’s due to change this month.

just wondering that if they sign up now at market a pricing will it automatically get reduced when Plusnet changes this or will they be stuck with the old prices.

did try an online chat but it was told the price is the price

Re: Market pricing change

Why not wait a couple of weeks until the new price kicks in?

Re: Market pricing change

Fix

Hi there.

As far as I'm aware, not all Market A exchanges are being reclassified as low cost area.

If their exchange is being reclassified, then yeah they'll benefit from the lower prices when the changes come in.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Market pricing change

Thanks for the response and my latest bill was at the new price so have managed to sign them up now at the cheaper price with the bonus of a 50 pound MasterCard that wasnt included when they first looked.
