Mailform Script NOT working - help!

I have used Plusnet's mailform script and my form does not send any emails. This was working fine until a few weeks ago and now it doesnt. Please can someone help me

how is it not working iit seemed to work for me. you have some text in uppercase which may effect it ie HIDDEN  try putting it  in lowercase

Case is not important with HTML tags so that's not the issue.

Script is still not working because no email gets sent! Its driving me mad. I have got all the code correct and no email is sent. I have set the email address to one on the domain account and still get nothing.
PLEASE HELP!!!! SOMEONE!!!!

I suggest you raise a ticket as the script is supplied by PN. Everything in your file appears correct so there must be something up with the script or the server.

This may be daft but how do you know mail is not being SENT? I suggest you only know that it is not being RECEIVED. It is not something silly like a spam filter blocking it by any chance?

According to http://www.plus.net/support/webspace/cgi_php/cgi_scripts.shtml "the 'recipient' must be your PlusNet address". Does admin@emma-jane.com comply?

Yes,
providing the Domain Records have the line and it hasn't been tampered with or altered -

Left Field	Type	Pri	Right Field
	mx	20	mx.last.plus.net.

That should forward any mail sent to ~@emma-jane.com through to the defualt PlusNet/Force9/YouNameIt Mail Box for that account.

There is no problem with your scrip and it works fine i download your webpage changed the email address to my own and as you can see it works

You need to logon to webmail and check the spam as they are all getting marked as spam. If you havent got a spam mailbox you need to set one up in order to see the spam.
I am guessing its because there is nothing in the from field that it thinks its spam try putting something in that field and try it

So how do you make something appear in the "from" field so it doesnt come back saying unknown sender?

Have you actually checked your spam folder via webmail / IMAP? If the emails are not there then you need to contact PN support to find out why the script is no longer working.
To answer your Q, change the name of the email input box to email rather than EMail and see if that helps.

I didn't realise that page was an email form, I assumed you were talking about your contact us page - do you get emails from your contact page?
Have you actually checked your spam folder via webmail and if it does not exist created it?
I mean contact plusnet Support either via a ticket or phone.

Now we are all confused we are talking about the page http://www.emma-jane.com/contact.htm were its the form thats not working yes?
I have solved the problem by changing the line in the form
<input type=HIDDEN name="subject" value="feedback from emma-jane.com">
to
<input type=HIDDEN name="subject" value="[NOT SPAM]feedback from emma-jane.com">
as you can see it now on my test was received ok and not classified as SPAM

The link Emma has given IS an email form if you look at the source, it's not the contact us form which we all assumed she was talking about.
Still need the answers to my Q to move forward.
