Hoping someone from Madasafish support will see this.  I have a ticket open with no response since 23rd June.

If it's urgent have you rang the main PlusNet number?

@CJT-80 The first response to the ticket only took a few days.

Last time I tried calling the system wanted my plus net account.....I don't have a plus net one

They must have implemented a new system I was never asked for PlusNet details to proceed. Only when I got though. But then you’d explain your on MAAF and give other info.
