Madasafish (Freenetname) Domain Renewal -How?

I have a Madasafish (Freenetname) Domain - integra-tech.co.uk (since 1999). I have received notification from Nominet that the domain has expired and requires renewal. I can't work out how to do this (have never had to do it before). Actual freenetname user is "itl". Can you help please? It is imperative that my email continues to work as I use it for my business.

I'm sorry to see you're having issues getting your domain renewed. I've raised a task with our NetOps team now to renew this for you, which I'd expect should be carried out within the next 1 to 2 working days (Hopefully today)

As far as I'm aware you'll have 30 days from when Nominet email you about the renewal before it stops working so there's plenty of time for us to renew this for you.

Let us know how it goes and if there's anything else you'd need help with.
