For many years we have used two email addresses based on a domain name originally registered through Madasafish. Recently there has been issues with email delivery and a conversation with PlusNet support suggested the email accounts need to be set up elsewhere, they are no longer supplying this service.
That's fine, it's not a problem to set it up elsewhere. But, on requesting that the IPS Tag be changed to enable the transfer of the domain name, support have said this is not possible because they do not have access to the domain name. The IPS Tag is currently set to MADASAFISH which is now PlusNet so it is only PlusNet we can turn to for help.
Is there any advice on how we may proceed with this, please?
