Have you seen this?. You may need to follow it to get wordpress to work.
If that fails, what errors are you getting when you try to go to the index page?

Load up PuTTY, Connect to the CCGI Server...
Login and get to the terminal.
username@cshellXX~$ fixphppers.sh -c
Fixes for all subdirectories from the document root where your home path is when you log in.
(Homepath: /share/storage/XX/XX/username).
If not then it maybe as stated in the other Forum Post,
that lines of code need to be edited for it to prevent errors,
and a small .htaccess rule to be written from what I glanced at.
Hope that helps.

That's why you see an Empty Index Listing (at the moment that is).
> ping www.stakesbyarmsfc.co.uk
Pinging homepages.plus.net [212.159.9.131] with 32 bytes of data
...
I had to alter this when I setup my own domain with the CCGI Service.
Dev-Center = ccgi.promedia.plus.com.

For your Domain to work with the CCGI Server,
you have to raise a ticket to "Change the CGI service to basic".
It was somewhere hidden in the many subdomains filled with helpful information which isn't collaborated by any one Search Feature

Not to worry, here it is.
Otherwise it is then following by changing your current records, that looks like:
Left Field | Type | Pri | Right Field |
stakesbyarmsfc.co.uk. | a | 212.159.9.131
mx | 20 | mx.last.plus.net.
www | cname | www.username.plus.com. |
to
Left Field | Type | Pri | Right Field |
stakesbyarmsfc.co.uk. | a | 84.92.1.4
mx | 20 | mx.last.plus.net.
www | cname | ccgi.plus.net |

Hope this helps!
