- The queues on the phone are appalling. But the helpful voicemail message says "sorry, perhaps go to the website?"
- All the Help links on the website regarding moving house lead to webpages with a phone number on and the message "please call us". [-Censored-].
- I cannot find any way to log a support ticket on the website. It's either missing, or the UX of the Plus.Net portal was designed by a mentally defective chimpanzee.
- Now I'm here in the forum trying to find out HOW I LOG A SUPPORT TICKET THROUGH THE PLUS.NET PORTAL
