Trying to login using my work laptop via VPN but keep getting 'login failure remote host not responding' I switched firewall setting to LOW which supports VPN but still No avail.
Have you disconnected from Plusnet and reconnected since you changed the firewall setting? You can do that in the router GUI, no need to restart the router.
Trying to login to what and why using a VPN? Do you mean you're trying to establish a VPN connection to work? If so, what result do you get if you ping or use traceroute to the server you're trying to connect to?
