Family have 4 plusnet accounts and other 3 are ok

Sorry about the lack of information, about 7 - 8pm ish I called an engineer out as we had noticed a few errors on FTP (which would of caused what you've all noted above) -- we had one of our homepages hit a bit, thought it should of been fixed as of about 30 - 45 minutes ago, though if you are still experiencing errors, bear with us.
Bob's aware of this and I'll give our engineer another heads up to let him know we're still having issues.

I'd leave it be for now, poor night shift have a lot to answer as it is! Chances are it will be fixed before they get round to your ticket.
If it's not working by about 12PM tomorrow raise a ticket and quote this forum post in, I'll happily look them up when I get in (Around 2pm tomorrow)
We've just called the engineer again to hopefully get something sorted, fingers crossed it'll be fixed by the early hours of t'morn
