Do a search for htaccess although it appears that method does not actually work for everyone.
Also look at the usertools tutorials on domain names on how to point a www domain to your ccgi webspace.

Roll_eyes
I believe I had to raise a Ticket with PlusNet to change my Webspace to a different "mode" so to speak to allow it to all work, something like "Simple CCGI Mode".
all I know is that my site runs from the CCGI Service and I use the "in-house" DNS and set it up as shown in the user guides.
Be patient,as it took a good few hours for those DNS's to refresh and all that jazz so, patients and persevierence helps.
Hope this helps!

Re: Link my domain name to CGI

Easy to point a domain to root of ccgi.  Wink
Just needs
1) the registrar of the domain needs to point it to PlusNet,
2) raise a ticket to set up "Domain hosting only" and "Domain-email" for new Domain,
3) when set up, then the domain will show up in the Domain Control Tool at PlusNet and settings can be changed by you,
3) then raise a ticket with PlusNet so that they then manually set it as well.
Here is my experience:
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,1043.0.html
(Take extra care about the closing "dots" in the Domain Control Tool).
(This is another experience: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,46224.0.html , look at points 1 to 6 in the first post only. The Domain Control Tool settings are a bit different, don't use, though work.)
