Lighting a fire under a Just-The-Name support request

I'm wondering if I can somehow light I fire under a JTN support request without getting hold of staff personally to call in favours.
My domains are all completely out of action thanks to an unannounced change in my static IP address and I can't even get mail delivered to me until my glue records are updated.
I sent in a request marked urgent yesterday and even followed it up with a phone call and all I got was an extremely disinterested response about how quickly he sent it to networks. All well and good, but until someone gets to it in the network queue, which I imagine is not a short queue atm, I'm completely stuck.
Any helpful PlusNet staff fancy doing me a kindness and getting someone to pick this ticket up?

Yay for the luck of getting Neil on the phone. Problem escalated and should be resolved soon.
