oK, as they are really Plus New, and don't have a forum, I am moaning here.
The website is seriously bad.
The 'Phone' link on the https://www.johnlewisbroadband.com/account/summary/ has been giving a 500 error for the last few weeks.
Other links across the site simple don't work, unless opened in new tab.
Do you even care?
I tried to log a call but guess what the 'Continue' button on the page doesn't work.
A form items seem to be disconnected from any script they may call - several red errors in the Chrome debug window (I do this for a job, so I know where to look)
Anyone else have issues?
