Is ccgi still available if I hadn't previously activated it

Reason for asking is that I am playing about with Wordpress and using ccgi would allow me to do that without messing with my existing site - hosted elsewhere

If you reduce features in this way you will eventually drive people away from PN.

OJ have you thought about using a locally hosted wamp package for your playing around? - something like xampp would do you nicely or the uniformserver (which is what i use).
You also have the advantage of no ftp delays...
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

I already am as that is how I developed another site using Wordpress
I just thought that it would be useful to play about with a live site so that others can comment

http://hostinger.co.uk are a reasonable option for testing stuff on. I'm fairly sure the free accounts support Wordpress. They certainly have php.
We have our testdrive of Mara CMS http://maracms.com on their hosting and it works well. You do get the occasional hesitation in page loading, but nothing serious. Mostly it's very fast.
