InnoDB Storage Engine not supported

I've been trying to create tables with ENGINE=InnoDB as I have an application that uses Foreign Keys and transactions, however it seems that InnoDB is not supported on Hostopia's server. Is this correct, and if so are there any other options I can use?

Yes, it seems the InnoDB engine is not supported. As far as I'm aware that is the only engine that supports transactions.
